Some dishes are destined for greatness all on their own. Like cheese. Yes, cheese can be a dish. Hello, fundo, anyone? .... Others are a science, nay an art. Meatballs are one of those dishes.

I'm a vegetarian and even I know there's nothing quite like a good meatball. I still make them for the Hubby. Lucky man.
