Good Thursday morning to you my friends!
Ya know, there are some combinations that are just destined to go together. Like silver and gold, or ice cream and cake, or laughing and good friends, or the eighties and big hair, or Ross and Rachel, or wine and more wine.
But recently I experienced another combination that is meant to be together: goat cheese and beets. Duh.
Today I'm at Taste Buds giving it up for a seriously gorgeous and totally fabulous Beet Carpaccio Winter Kale Salad. Tell me you don't want some of this.
