A lesson learned...

...Okay so i've figured something out. If I don't write my blog posts on the weekend - regardless of my good intentions Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday morning - I don't write my blog posts. I could do it - begrudgingly. But I don't want my blog to feel begrudging...ly....

so i'll be back on Monday. With a full week of posts written on Sunday.

What lessons have you learned lately?

  1. I feel your pain, as I am exactly the same way. If only there were more hours in the day!

  2. Hello Kristy! I'm so happy to be here, I just received your wonderful truffles, it was a kick start for my holiday season! Thank you so much, I hope we will stay in touch, I have a picture of you truffles in todays post, sorry for my broken english.
as you can see I write in my English blog only once a week because my Greek one is taking most of my time..
thank you so much again, Merry Christmas!! :)

  3. I understand! There are times when I am cooking and thinking up what I'll write about the dish I'm making. And when I can pop that puppy in the oven and sit down and write everything that's in my brain, it's a good time. But when I have, at best, a pile of photos to conjure up the recipe I made a month ago, it's tough!
I enjoy your blog and you've got such a wealth of recipes here (up at the top of my screen as I type I see a link for rosemary grilled peach, endive, and prosciutto salad that's going to inspire a pizza come summer) that you take the time you need to recharge and I'll still be scratching the surface!

  4. Oh my God, I totally get this. I like to get a jump start on my blog posts on the weekend when my brain is fresh and ready to write, and if it doesn't happen, then I feel like I'm forcing it, and who wants that. Hope you had a lovely long weekend.
